If for any reason the route is altered and a different itinerary is offered or if you fail to join the tour or leave the tour at any time, no refund will be paid.
Cancellation by traveller of Scheduled Tour
If you wish to cancel your tour you must immediately inform The Flying Sandgroper AT & T in writing. Once we have received your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please note the following charges will apply on cancellation:
You are advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
If a state of emergency is established, we are unable to refund any tours, however to compensate guests we extend a 110% credit on funds received to be valid for 3 years calculated from original tour departure date.
Deposits & payments for Charter bookings are non refundable.
Interaction with wildlife is always on our agenda, however we appreciate your understanding that nature is outside our control.
Tour & travel costs do not include additional, optional activities or upgrades or personal travel insurance or anything outside our advertised itineraries.
Personal expenses incurred by our guests resultant from delay, cancellation or alteration of touring or travel are the responsibility of the guest. However every reasonable action will be undertaken to resolve.
The Flying Sandgroper Adventure Tours and Travel is unable to guarantee the exact arrival and departure times and are not liable for failure to make connections with other services. The Flying Sandgroper Adventure Tours and Travel reserves the right to substitute vehicles / services to ensure the operation of the tours.
The Flying Sandgroper Adventure Tours and Travel reserves the right to change pricing and details without prior notification. Every reasonable effort will be made to transmit any changes.
